Photoshop Training

I have had several requests from friends, family and clients that would like to learn their way around Adobe Photoshop so that they can edit their own family photos or maybe you just want to have some of your own photos touched up or worked on. I am considering offering training in this area and would like to get an idea of who might be interested.

The training would consist of one on one training in my studio. You would be able to bring 10 photo images on a cd, memory card or memory stick. There would be two different levels of training, basic and advanced. The basic would cover things like adding text, making images bw/sepia, cropping, face/clothing touch-ups, and the sizing of images just to name a few. The advanced would include different filters, color enhancement, degrees of highlights/shadows/midtones, artwork, collage styling, and dealing with layers. This is just the beginning of my thought process. I plan to have worksheets with step by step guides for you to take with you. Each level would also include the use of your images that you bring. We will work our way through your ten images and burn them to a cd for you to take home.

I'm not sure of the block of time that this would take or how to charge for this yet, but I think that this would be a fun way for you to explore your creativity and for us to get to know each other over a glass of ice tea! You could even bring your own laptop if you have Photoshop.
