Rainy Rodeos:)

Rain...I love the rain:) Unfortunately, my camera...not so much:( This weather creates a little bit of chaos on the photography front, but rainy days seem to calm my soul. It is so peaceful listening to the drops outside, beautiful:)

Last night Ben and I took Jackson to the rodeo. We went early to eat that yummy-yummy-hurt-my-tummy fair food, and then had awesome seats to watch the rodeo. It was rainy, muddy, a true fair and rodeo experience here in Texas:) Jackson had a late nap, so he was great the entire time, and he loved watching everything. There was a scare when a rider's hand got stuck, I've never seen anything like it...it was something straight off of one of those tv shows that highlights clips of extreme sports gone wrong. Luckily, it happened on the opposite side of the arena from us, so Jackson didn't even know what was going on. I hope he's okay.

Remember Brandie? She was a contestant for Rodeo Queen. Well, she didn't when the title, but she did win the best in dress! Yea, Brandie, you and your mom were so fun to watch ride last night:)

Jackson was so excited to catch a Dodge t-shirt that they passed out:) He was so proud:)
